Group Tickets and Group Areas

Arvest Ballpark has many options for those looking to hold a company outing or basic group event.  Areas are available for reservation now and have limited availability.  For more detailed information or to reserve an area, please contact Justin Cole at (479) 927-4900 or by email.

GROUP TICKETS

For groups of 20-99 fans who wish to sit in the stands, ticket prices are $1 off their regular price. Groups of 100 or more receive a $2 discount off regular ticket prices. Groups are seated together, based upon availability, and can choose a seating location in advance of the game.  Payment for all group tickets must be made in advance of their specified game, and a dedicated Naturals Account Executive will assist your group in the entire event planning process.  A 25% deposit is required to reserve group tickets, and full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.

Group Benefits: Groups will also receive group recognition on our videoboard, a day of game photo opportunity, special group raffles, and group leader rewards.

BUD LIGHT BULLPEN CAFE

Watch relievers warm up from the Bullpen Cafe.  This area features flexible capacity for groups of 50 to 1,500. To reserve one of the four tiers of the Bullpen Cafe, a minimum reservation of 50 people is required.  Our in-park catering staff will be on hand throughout to assist and serve your buffet.  A 25% deposit is required to reserve a section and full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.

The Bullpen Cafe is an all-inclusive, all-you-can-eat buffet that takes place from gates opening until 2 1/2 hours expire.  Menu consists of hot dogs, burgers, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and fountain soft drinks.

WENDY'S HOME PLATE PARTY DECK

The Wendy's Home Plate Party Deck is located at the top of the premium seating section behind home plate and can serve up to 100 guests.  This area has three tiers and offers picnic table seating and some standing tables for your group.  There are three great options to enjoy a game from this exclusive group area.  For all three options, a minimum reservation of 50 people is required, along with a 25% deposit.  Full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.

ALL-INCLUSIVE ($30 per person) - includes an all-you-can-eat buffet that takes place from gates opening until 2 1/2 hours expire.  Menu consists of hot dogs, burgers, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and fountain soft drinks. 

ONE-HOUR BUFFET ($20 per person) - includes one hour all-you-can-eat buffet that takes place beginning when gates open, or at first pitch, based upon your preference.  Menu consists of hot dogs, burgers, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and fountain soft drinks.

TICKETS ONLY ($12 per person) - Includes 50-100 tickets depending on your needs, and offers prime group seating.

Additional vouchers for items redeemable at the War Eagle Cafe or Spring Creek Treats concession stands at Arvest Ballpark.

SAM'S CLUB COMMUNITY ROOM

The Sam's Club Community Room is rentable for pre-game use at each Naturals game.  A minimum of 20 Premium tickets (at our $9.00 group rate) must be purchased to reserve the Community Room.  Your group will have use of the space from gates opening until five minutes prior to game time.  A maximum of 50 guests can be accomodated in the Community Room for a pre-game rental.  After your event in the Community Room, you will enjoy the remainder of the game from your Premium seats.

The Sam's Club Community Room is also available to rent on a year-round basis for meetings, banquets, birthday parties, company functions, or any other type of gathering.  Call (479) 927-4900 for availability.

 

 

 

 

LUXURY SUITE RENTAL

Luxury suites are the ultimate in entertainment for clients, employees, and special events.  A private party in a suite is also great for good times with family and friends.  Suites at Arvest Ballpark are available on a nightly basis and include 20 tickets, four parking passes, wait staff service, and an upscale suite catering menu.  Each suite is outfitted with carpet, wall cover, lighting, air-conditioning, outdoor stadium seats, outdoor canopy overhang, interior lounge furniture, cabinetry, television with basic cable feed, mini-refrigerator, glassware, china and eating utensils.   To ensure an unforgettable ballpark experience, each suite is 480 sq. ft. and includes a private restroom, 13 outdoor seats with spectacular views of the ballpark, and a television with a live feed of the Naturals game available.

Pricing
$1,000 - All Friday Naturals games as well as the following dates (April 8, May 5, May 18, May 19, June 23, and July 4th)
Includes $250 in suite catering credit
$800 - All other Naturals games
Includes $50 in suite catering credit

Up to six additional suite tickets may be purchased for $25 per ticket.  A 25% deposit is required with a reservation, and full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.

 

Field of Dreams

Every game we pick a youth team in the area to participate in our Field of Dreams program where they will take the field with the Naturals for the National Anthem. Tickets for this program are sold at a group rate; please contact Dustin at (479) 927-4900 or by email for more information.

 

 

 

Edy's Grand Ice Cream Birthday Parties

Throw your child's birthday party at Arvest Ballpark in 2010! Three different pricing options per child are available as follows:

1. $13.50: Reserved Game Ticket, Hot Dog, Chips, 12oz soda and small Soft Serve Ice Cream
2. $15.50: Reserved Game Ticket, Hot Dog, Chips, 12oz soda, small Soft Serve Ice Cream, and unlimited turns in the Kansas City Royals Kids Zone (Wristband provided)
3. $16.75: Reserved Game Ticket, Hamburger or Cheeseburger, Chips, 12oz soda, small Soft Serve Ice Cream, and Unlimited turns in the Kansas City Royals Kids Zone (Wristband Provided)
