A
25% deposit is required to book all group outings. No seating will be held
without a deposit.
Balance
for all group tickets is due in full 10 days in advance of scheduled group
outing; the Suns reserve the right to cancel all reservations if full
payment is not made within this time frame.
There
are no refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets or deposits.
Tickets
will not be given to the group leader until ALL tickets are paid in full
All
tickets not mailed or picked up within 5 days of scheduled game date will be
held at a designated location under group leader's name.
Group
tickets cannot be combined with any other discount packages or promotional
ticket vouchers.
After
the initial order is placed, we cannot guarantee the proximity of any
additional seats.
Once
full payment is received, additional tickets will be based on availability
at the group rate up until noon the day prior to your event. |
RAIN
CHECK: In the event five innings of one game is not played, except when
the Suns are ahead at the end of 4½ innings, your group ticket may be
exchanged for any 2007 regular season home game of equal or lesser value
subject to prior sales. All outings that include food will be held
regardless of inclement weather. Therefore, ONLY the game ticket will be
exchanged for another game, NOT food service.
Any
unused group tickets may be exchanged for reserved seats to any future
Sunday through Thursday home game of the current regular season, based on
availability.
Tax
is included in all pricing.
Southern
League rules prohibit outside food or beverage from being brought into the
Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.
Children
aged 3 and younger are admitted free as long as they do not occupy a seat.
The
City of Jacksonville charges a $5 fee for parking per car or truck; $10 for
buses and motor homes. Garage parking is available next to the Veterans Memorial Arena for $5.
