Motorcycle Food Drive
SATURDAY, MAY 15th 11:30 AM
All canned goods will be donated to the RHODE ISLAND COMMUNITY FOOD BANK and after the FOOD DRIVE get ready for the SKILLS CLINIC AND SHOW!
During the spring and summer the Rhode Island Community Food Bank still has to meet the needs of so many. We hope to provide a much needed boost to help them meet those needs.
We will have a SKILLS CLINIC so please be sure to register.
The Skills Clinic will be designed and supervised by CCRI Instructors.
- CCRI Instructors will demonstrate the skills to any participant
- The Clinic will be an individual event and will be educational
In order to ensure saftery for all participants in the clinic, participants will need to wear the necessary safety equipment in the Skills Clinic. Those items are:
- DOT Certified Helmet
- Eye Protection
- Long sleeves and pants (preferably sturdy riding jacket and pants)
- Full fingered Leather Gloves
- Over the ankle sturdy wear
- Also to ensure all motorcycles are safe, CCRI instructors will ensure:
1. Each motorcycle should be in good running order with a current state inspection sticker.
2. That all bikes will be given a safety inspection for gfinal safety requirements.
3. That the inspections will include a light once over the tires, levers, inspection stickers and overall safety issues that would prohibit one from participating in the event.
- All entrants to either the clinic or to the show will receive a prize.
- Registration is open until the day of the event.
We will also have a MOTORCYCLE SHOW so please be sure to enter your bike in one of several categories such as:
- Best Custom
- Best American
- Best Import
- Best Antique
Category winners will receive prizes courtesy of Vanson Leathers. Category Winners will also be recognized prior to the game with a parade around the stadium warning track!!
VENDORS, FOOD and LIVE MUSIC will also be on hand, PLUS a FREE Baseball Clinic for the Kids and of course the Game at 6:05PM!
