The magic number was one, thus any combination of a Bats win or Mud Hens loss would give the Bats the title. The Bats got a little help from the Indianapolis Indians as they defeated the Mud Hens, 12-0, clinching the division for the Bats. Buffalo, NY - Louisville played two today against Buffalo on a cool, sunny afternoon at Coca-Cola Field.  The pair of seven-inning games between the Bats and the Bisons were two entirely different match ups.  The Bisons won the first game 5-1, behind the strong pitching of Dylan Gee (1-3, 4.33).  The second game, however, was taken by the Bats 2-0 with Homer Bailey pitching his first career complete game shutout for Louisville. There were just 4,870 fans in attendance.

Buffalo, NY - Louisville played two today against Buffalo on a cool, sunny afternoon at Coca-Cola Field.  The pair of seven-inning games between the Bats and the Bisons were two entirely different match ups.  The Bisons won the first game 5-1, behind the strong pitching of Dylan Gee (1-3, 4.33).  The second game, however, was taken by the Bats 2-0 with Homer Bailey pitching his first career complete game shutout for Louisville. There were just 4,870 fans in attendance.
