NILES, OH - The Mahoning Valley Scrappers today released the schedule for the 2010 season. The Scrappers will open the 2010 season on the road Friday, June 18 against the Jamestown Jammers. The home opener at Eastwood Field is on Monday, June 21 against the Auburn Doubledays. Friday's Opening Night festivities will be highlighted by a post-game fireworks show. The Scrappers, Class A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians play a 76 game schedule in the New York Penn League, including 38 home games at Eastwood Field. Ticket packages for the 2010 season are now on sale. Tickets can be purchased by calling 330-505-0000 or at the Scrappers holiday kiosk at the Eastwood Mall beginning December 1.
