SPRINGDALE, AR - From corporate luncheons to receptions, team building events, fundraisers, themed dinners and holiday events, Arvest Ballpark is an affordable venue for your corporate event particularly during the holiday season.

The Naturals have opened up the Sam's Club Community Room as well as our suites, batting cage, and home clubhouse to offer Northwest Arkansas uniquely themed venues for holiday parties. From decorations to interactive games to catering specialties, the Naturals can plan your event every step of the way, so all that you and your attendees need to do is show up. Via our on-site caterer, Patina Restauraunt Group and our experienced event planning staff, your event, large or small, can be a winner and come in within your budget.

"Hosting our event at Arvest Ballpark was a nearly turn-key experience. The staff worked with us to ensure that the event was affordable without asking us to give up anything in relation to the overall vision we had for the event. We look forward to hosting future events at Arvest Ballpark," stated Brooke Benoit, Vice President of Marketing/Communications for the United Way of Northwest Arkansas.

Arvest Ballpark can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 150 guests and available dates to hold your party or function at Arvest Ballpark include several nights and weekends between now and the Christmas holiday. Catering options are customizable and selections can be specifically changed to meet the needs of your group.

Several special events have already occurred at Arvest Ballpark in 2009, including the Cal Ripken Baseball League regional tournament, the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk, the Cancer Challenge Walk, and the tenth annual Z95.7 Hot Spanish Hits Festival along with many business meetings and receptions.

"The Springdale Kiwanis Cal Ripken Baseball League held our regional tournament banquet at Arvest Ballpark in early August 2009. We received many compliments on the facility, the quality of the in park catering, and the overall experience of the evening. The Arvest Ballpark staff was very professional and easy to work with," said Tom Lundstrom with the Kiwanis Cal Ripken Baseball League.
