COMSTOCK PARK- In recent years Fifth Third Ballpark has become a premier concert venue, attracting such acts as Bob Dylan, Kansas, The Counting Crows, Chickenfoot, Willie Nelson and Flo Rida. After the successful outdoor concerts, the music is moving indoors.

Local folk/indie rock acts Troll for Trout and Spencer Mulder will take the stage Friday, November 13 in the Pepsi Stadium Club.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and music starts at 7:30 p.m. There are only 100 tickets available for the show. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door, at the West Michigan Glass Block Ticket Office at Fifth Third Ballpark, by calling the Whitecaps front office at 616-784-4131 or by visiting www.whitecapsbaseball.com.

"Fifth Third Ballpark has become a multi-use facility," said Whitecaps CEO Lew Chamberlin. "We are very excited to have these great local acts playing in the Pepsi Stadium Club. This is another step in utilizing the ballpark's potential."

Spencer Mulder, a Grand Rapids native and Forest Hills Northern graduate, will open for Troll for Trout. Mulder draws his influences from artists like Ryan Adams, Paul Westerberg, and the Counting Crows. He released his debut album, "On the Way," in May 2008. His second album, "Rewind," was released last month. Troll for Trout front man Michael Crittenden produced both of Mulder's releases.

Earlier this year, radio stations in Grand Rapids began to play Mulder's song "Rewind" and added it to their regular play lists soon after. His second single "Expired" is currently getting airtime on 101.3 The Fox and 88.1 WYCE.

Crittenden and Troll for Trout have been performing throughout the Midwest since the group formed in 1993. Their songs have been heard on many radio stations across the country as well as on MTV and ABC. The band has produced four full-length albums: "Rancho Relaxo," "International Harvester," "Perfect Existence," and "Lesgo, Lesgo, Lesgo." Crittenden has released a solo album, "Live at One Trick Pony."

Crittenden and Troll for Trout have shared the stage with many well-known artists including Shawn Mullins, Hootie & the Blowfish, The Doobie Brothers, Peter Frampton, Brian VanderArk, George Thorogood, and Kenny Wayne Shepard.

In addition to playing with Troll for Trout, Crittenden owns The Mackinaw Harvest Music Group, Inc, a recording studio, rehearsal space, and a record label/publishing company located in Grand Rapids.
