EVERETT, Wash.- The Everett AquaSox are pleased to welcome a new guest to Everett Memorial Stadium, as Aquavision has arrived and is scheduled to debut Monday, August 3.

The Everett AquaSox teamed up with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 191 to construct the 44 feet high and 40 feet wide structure which contains a 16 feet high and 26 feet wide Lighthouse LED video board. The video board will be the largest in the Northwest League.

"We're excited to have this rare opportunity to take the fan experience to another level here in Everett," said AquaSox Executive Vice-President Tom Backemeyer. "We want to thank NECA and IBEW Local 191 for their strong belief in our community and in Minor League Baseball. We are very grateful and proud to be partners with two wonderful organizations."

The video board will add many new features to the game-day experience for AquaSox fans. Cameras will allow for instant replays and increased fan interaction. Several popular in-game promotions will utilize the new technology as well.

The AquaSox will be home August 3-10 for eight games against the Boise Hawks and Eugene Emeralds. To buy tickets visit the AquaSox stadium store at 3802 Broadway in Everett, call (425) 258-3673, or log onto aquasox.com.
