1. How do I access my MiLB.TV subscription?

To find the day's schedule, pull down the Multimedia menu and click on MiLB.TV.

Once the game broadcast goes live, there will be a yellow Live icon next to the 350k link. Click on the 350K link. This will open the media player and begin the video broadcast.

Once some games are completed they will be archived and there will be an Archive icon next to the 350k link. You can watch past days' archives by clicking Other Dates above the media grid and selecting the desired month/day from the calendar.

2. How do I download and install the Windows Media Player?

    a. Go to www.microsoft.com.
    b. On the left, click on Downloads.
    c. On the left, click on Windows Media.
    d. From the list of downloads, select the appropriate Windows Media Player for your operating system.
    e. On the right, click on the Download button.
    f. After the download, open the installer (MPSetup.exe) and complete the installation.

3. Can I access my subscription from any computer, anywhere at anytime?

Yes. As long as the computer meets the systems requirements and has internet access, then you can login with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at anytime.

4. How long until the games are archived?

Not all games will be archived; those that are will generally be available within 2 hours of the end of the game.

5. It's game time, but the link isn't live, now what?

This can happen when you are not on a 'fresh' MiLB.com page. Click on the Refresh button at the top of your browser (or hit the F5 key on your keyboard). Also, we do not recommend that you store MiLB.com as a Favorite or Bookmark. While these are handy, bookmarked pages eventually become outdated. For maximum efficiency, set MiLB.com as your homepage!
