PBEO Job Fair
The 16th annual Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities Job Fair is a one-stop-shop for your staffing needs. As always, clubs may post positions in advance and conduct on-site interviews with available candidates. Each year, the event hosts 400-500 eager job seekers looking to work in baseball. Bob Freitas Business Seminar
The Bob Freitas Business Seminar has been known as a staple of the Baseball Winter Meetings for the last 19 years. Awards Luncheon
A ticketed luncheon to recognize baseball's most deserving executives of the 2009 season. Come join us at one of the highlights of the Baseball Winter Meetings. Outstanding performances from players, executives, front office staff and scouts. The winners are there to receive their award and earn recognition from their peers. The Luncheon will recognize the award winner's accomplishments.

Gala
This year's Gala will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium at Lucas Oil Plaza. Lucas Oil Plaza is located on the north end of the street level of the Stadium. Lucas Oil Plaza is finished with a décor to match the buildings name sake, Lucas Oil. Come join us for food, fun, cocktails and entertainment. Banquet
The Baseball Winter Meetings Banquet will take place in the Sagamore Ballroom of the Indiana Convention Center. This event has a new time of 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm on Thursday, December 10th. The event honors baseball's top award winners with presentations to include the King of Baseball, Mike Coolbaugh Award, Sheldon "Chief Bender" Award, Larry MacPhail Promotional Trophy and the John H. Johnson President's Trophy.

The Banquet Entertainment for the night, back by popular demand, Ron Kenney the comedian. Ron performed briefly last year at the 2008 Baseball Winter Meetings and has been asked back to perform his one-man show. Ron has been performing professionally for over 20 years in almost every venue imaginable. You may have seen Ron on VH-1’s Comedy on the Road and on numerous appearances on MTV or Comedy Central.

Gift Bag
The gift bag is given to those attendees who are fully registered for the Baseball Winter Meetings. In order to be a fully registered individual, you must obtain a Baseball Winter Meetings passport.
