The 2009 Minor League Baseball Promotional Seminar will be held in the city of New Orleans from September 30 to October 3. The Hilton New Orleans Riverside, which will act as the Seminar's host hotel, is mere blocks from the city's world famous French Quarter district. Seminar presenters will provide attendees with numerous ideas through the impressive concoction of philosophies involving sales, marketing and promotions they will offer over the two-and-a-half days of the seminar. This year's seminar will feature a brand new layout for roundtables and breakout/open mic sessions. This new format will give attendees the opportunity to customize their seminar experience, choosing to listen to the topics from which they will benefit most.

The seminar provides:
- Baseball executives with the unique opportunity to come together for a weekend of idea-sharing and brainstorming.
-Resourceful and inspiring sales and marketing executives in Minor League Baseball who gather to share how even tried-and-true methods can always be improved.
- A trade show in which exhibitors display an array of products and services that support the baseball industry.
- A chance to meet and interview before the "hiring season" begins.

Event Information

Welcome Reception - Wednesday, September 30 - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Welcome Reception will take place at The Deck in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The Deck is located in the Riverside Building of the hotel. Cocktails will be provided during the event, which gives attendees an opportunity to mingle with each other and catch up on great stories from the 2009 baseball season before the kick off of the seminar on Thursday. Attendees can also pick up their registration materials at this event, if they choose.		Presented by
Ballpark Outing at Zephyr Field - Thursday, October 1 - 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Come join us at Zephyr Field for a behind the scenes tour of the ballpark and a Home Run Derby. The Zephyrs will show you how they "Get Their Game On". Attendees will have the chance to check out how Messina's, the Zephyrs' ballpark concessionaire, kicks it up a notch with their flare for Italian. Cold beer will be another great feature at the ballpark event that you just can't miss.

Here is your chance to check out the famous Bourbon Street in the French Quarter of which New Orleans (NOLA) is famous. Get a chance to sample some Nalins' style cuisine with PoBoys, crawfish pies and red beans & rice. Cocktails will also be provided.
