Winston-Salem scored six runs in the seventh inning to come back and beat Kinston 8-5 on Wednesday afternoon at BB&T Ballpark. The Dash turned a 3-2 deficit into a five-run lead, capped by Drew Garcia's three-run home run that clinched the series victory.

Kinston buried the Dash with an avalanche of late runs and ended its long losing streak in the Twin City with an 8-1 win on Tuesday night at BB&T Ballpark. The Indians scored seven runs in the last three innings to guarantee their first win in Winston-Salem since May of 2009, ending a streak of 17 consecutive losses.
