R-Phils RHP Mike Cisco, who tossed a complete-game one-hit shutout on August 26 in Reading, was named as the Eastern League's Pitcher of the Week for the week ending August 29, as announced by the Eastern League on Monday.
R-Phils RHP Austin Hyatt was named as the Florida State League Pitcher of the Year on Tuesday. Hyatt went 11-5 with a 3.04 ERA and struck out 156 hitters in 124.1 innings for the Threshers this season. He is currently 1-0 with a 4.91 ERA for the R-Phils this season.
