The final homestand of July is upon us as the Chiefs host the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers July 28-30 for a three-game series. The Chiefs are 5-1 so far this season against the Milwaukee Brewers affiliate and the two teams played an Instant Classic of a 15-inning game that lasted more than five hours on May 20 in Appleton. Peoria swept Wisconsin in April at O'Brien Field and return to Appleton August 3-6.

The homestand ends on Friday at 6:30 against Wisconsin with another Spectacular Post-Game Fireworks Show. There will also be a Pitch-In For Charity Tennis Ball Toss on Friday to benefit Relay For Life. Fans can win a 60" LG HDTV provided by Sherman's in the Tennis Ball Toss. Friday is also Sarah Palin Night with a satirical look at the "celebrity" status of the former Governor and Vice Presidential candidate.
the Battle at the Ballpark in conjunction with Hive MMA on Saturday July 24 at 7:30 p.m. with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The card includes up to 14 fights with four main events highlighted by the undefeated Buddy "The Hooligan" McGinnis fighting for the 145 lb title. UFC Superstar Clay "The Carpenter" Guida will be on hand to sign autographs throughout the event with a meet and greet from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
