Craig Stansberry went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer and broke Jon Knott's modern franchise hits record (since 2001) with an eighth-inning single, his 396th hit in a Portland Beavers uniform, and Sean Kazmar went 4-for-6 with two RBIs as the Beavers coasted past the Reno Aces 11-3 Wednesday night at Aces Ballpark.
The first 2,000 fans at Monday's season finale will receive collectible PGE Park coins.
The Portland Beavers close out the 2010 season when they play host to the Las Vegas 51s for four games starting Friday night at PGE Park. As part of Fan Appreciation Weekend presented by PGE, highlights of the homestand include a post-game fireworks display, two giveaways and Kids Run the Show Sunday, as well as a memorabilia sale.
On Monday, Sept. 6th at 1:05 p.m., listen to Sportsradio 95.5 The Game to catch the one-hour special, "A Decade of Portland Beavers Baseball," prior to the final baseball game at PGE Park. Rich Burk and Tim Hagerty will recap memories and share audio highlights from the last 10 seasons. Afterward, the game begins at 2:05, and following the game, there will be a special final postgame show.

Starting Friday, August 13th, the Beavers are partnering with Schoolhouse Supplies to conduct a school supplies drive, presented by Supercuts, at PGE Park through August 20th. Fans can donate a variety of school supplies, including pencils, markers, glue sticks or notebooks, at Beavers home games to support Schoolhouse Supplies!
The Portland Beavers today announced the team will conduct a series of summer baseball camps, presented by Nike, at PGE Park in 2010 as part of its annual camps program.
