Triple-A Buffalo Bisons (International League) Matt Ginter allowed a run on seven hits over seven innings and fellow former Major Leaguer Asdrubal Cabrera went 3-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs, but the visiting Bisons suffered a 3-2 loss to the Indianapolis Indians. Box Double-A Akron Aeros (Eastern League) Former first-round pick Trevor Crowe went 4-for-6 with two RBIs and scored twice and Brandon Pinckney lifted a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 10th inning as the Aeros walked off with an 11-10 victory over the Bowie Baysox. Box Class A Advanced Kinston Indians (Carolina League) Did not play. Class A Lake County Captains (South Atlantic League) Former ninth-round pick Roman Pena doubled and Matthew Brown drove in a run, but the the host Captains managed only two hits in a 3-1 loss to the visiting Delmarva Shorebirds.
